Scheduling an Appointment
When scheduling an appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and email so we can send you appointment reminders. Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis.
We do our best to accommodate walk in clients, but we are generally busy and our schedules more than often do not have room to fit walk-ins. We do however take last minute appointments, so please check out our online booking first or give us a call and we would love to schedule you!
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm *24-hour cancellation policy*. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below:
*Last Minute Cancellations* will be charged 50% of total service cost at the time of cancellation.
*No Show* appointments will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost before discounts, plus an 18% gratuity for the esthetician.
Cancellation fees, and/or no show fees are non-refundable. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We are an appointment-based business with fabulous estheticians who schedule their day according to your requested services. Thank you for your understanding.
Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.
Discounts and Coupons
Emailed Fredrick coupons are based on specific services, days and times and rescheduling voids the coupon. Similary, apprentice services are for specific services only and for a limited time. Discounts and specials can not be combined. Groupons and similar third party promotions are for first time clients Elixr clients as is stated on the voucher. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy. If you have visited us before at any location and recently purchased a Groupon, please contact Groupon for a refund or you may gift your voucher to a friend.
We accept Visa, MC, and Discover. Gratuities in any form are always appreciated, but cash is preferred. If you are happy with your service, a tip of 15%-20% of the regular service price is typical. (of course the actual amount is up to your discretion!)
